USER AGREEMENT

    THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH THE BRONX COUNTY CLERKS OFFICE OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR INFORMATION AND SERVICES.

    This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website available under the domain and any sub-domains of www.bronxcountyclerksoffice.com and the general principles for the websites of any linked affiliates. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

The following guidelines shall govern the use of your User Id as a registrant: (a) all information provided by you on the registration page shall be accurate (b) Attorney registration information will be verified before access is granted (c) one account per person (d) accounts are not transferable (e) accounts are not shareable (f) one e-mail address per account (g) account must be accessed at least once per 6 month period to avoid termination (h) we reserve the right to cancel user accounts at our sole discretion.

    2. Your Information
    A) Definition. "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us.

    B) Restricted Activities. Your information and your activities on this site shall not: (1) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (2) be fraudulent; (3) violate any law, statute or ordinance or regulation; (4) be defamatory or (5) obscene.

    3. Access and Interface
    You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written consent.     6. No Warranty

    7. Legal Compliance

    8. General
    This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of New York State and such laws as are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New York State between New York State residents.
